Absolutely - returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase as standard. A full refund will only be issued on receipt of the item, which must be in the same condition they were sent to you (As per listing pictures) IE:- No refund will be issued if the trainers have been worn, other that tried on!
The returns address can be found on my 'contact us' page. Returns must be paid for by the purchaser. A recorded / signed for method is advised, as no refund will be issued until the goods are received by myself. The tracking number must be provided. If in the event the parcel is 'lost in transit; a refund will only be issued on production of a postal receipt / proof of purchase showing the return details.
All items are listed in UK sizes only. If you would like the sizes in other forms, please do not hesitate to contact us. Labels are shown on all items and sometimes show other countries sizing.
We pride ourselves on the fact all our products are 100% genuine and are thoroughly checked despite them being supplied by recognised and trusted suppliers. All brand new items are sold in original packaging with tags attached. Any extras such as info cards will also be included where applicable. Pre-owned items will be dispatched as per the listing description.
As an independent supplier, I only stock popular sizes and sizes that are available from my supplier at the time. I may be able to source a certain trainer / size on request. Please use the contact us page, email or twitter.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email.
Please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website and check all dispatch details are correct. However, please do not hesitate to contact me through the 'contact us' page, email or twitter. We will do all we can to locate your purchase. If the item proves to be lost in transit a full refund will be issued.
Yes- if you notify us before you receive your email confirming the dispatch of your item, which will be done 24 hours after purchase. We will check for messages right before dispatch to avoid missing any cancellations. Please contact by email to make a request to cancel the order. A full refund will of course be provided. If you want to cancel the order after they have been dispatched, you will have to go through the returns process above.
If you need to change the size, then please contact me within 24 hours (before your purchase is dispatched) and if the size you require is available your order will be changed. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to see our returns policy.
Delivery is worldwide. However shipping costs will vary considerably. Please note there may also be customs charged to certain countries. We are not responsible for those charges. Please check your governmental / postal website on custom import charges.
You will get a confirmation email which states your item has been dispatched almost immediately after we have sent it. This will also have a tracking number which you can put into so you can track your order.
Standard UK delivery which is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for will cost £5.65.
You can also send the parcel Special Delivery tracked by 1pm the next day, which will cost £11.00.
If you are an EU customer we send Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, which costs £20.00.
For the rest of the world, we again send Royal Mail International tracked and signed for, but for £28.00.
All postage costs covers packaging and other costs incurred to get the item to you securely.
This depends on what delivery you have selected:
Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for: 2 or 3 business days
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next day by 1pm
International Tracked and Signed for: Usually between 5-7 business days, although for longer journeys it may be substantially more.
Please note that these estimates are from the dispatch day, rather than when you place your order. We send all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimates above, don’t panic! Sometimes deliveries just take a little longer depending on where you are, so don’t contact us immediately after the time has elapsed claiming your order hasn’t arrived. You can always check the tracker as mentioned in an earlier question.
If there is an imperfection with your product then you should contact us in the normal way- email, phone or social media. We are likely to want to see evidence of the imperfection, so please be prepared to send us pictures. Once we have received the images we will make a decision on what we can do to help on a case by case basis. This may be a slight discount added to your purchase, or just an offer of a return if the item isn’t deemed damaged enough to say it isn’t ‘new’.
After receiving the shoes returned and making sure they are in a good condition, it will take just 1 or 2 days for us to process the refund and for the money to return to your account. PayPal is usually very prompt and you will be emailed to confirm your refund has been issued.
